The employee can click on "Forgot your password?" on the login page and enter the email address where the password reset message will be sent.


In the management account, go to the "Employees" tab and click on the three dots. By selecting "Forgot password," an email is sent to the respective employee.
In the "Employees" tab, select the desired employee and change the language, then click "Save".


The employee can change the language in their profile and then click "Save".
We have three options for implementing your own content:


- We create custom training videos for you

- We can add your PDF files

- We can link to already existing content via a URL


The cost depends on the length of the video and in how many languages you want the video / PDF.

Employees can be assigned various roles in addition to their own trainings.


The "Administrator" role has the same rights as the management account.


A department manager ("Abteilungsleiter") has the same rights as the management account within their department. (There can be multiple.)
In your management profile, you can activate the Horeca HERO user guide.

All trainings are legally required for each area of work.
In the management account, under the "Documents" tab, you can individually search and filter by work areas, employees, or time periods.


Then click on the desired documents and you have the option to create a ZIP file.


You will then receive an email with the documents at the registered address.
Yes, each employee has their own account after creation. Once you create an account, the employee receives a welcome message.


Afterwards, a password and a signature can be created.
When creating an employee, you can assign a placeholder email. In that case, the welcome message is sent to the registered email address.
If the responsible person for Horeca HERO changes in the company, we can provide a short online training via Teams (max. 20 minutes).

The contract duration is three years, with the option to cancel monthly after one year.
In Germany, the initial instruction is provided by the relevant health authority, and it can be uploaded to Horeca HERO.


The follow-up instruction is covered by HERO.
